No decisions on procurement of the National Telehealth Service will be made until December 2024 according to the 24 July 2024 Telehealth Service Review: Frequently Asked Questions document.

Patient experience survey results are publicly available through interactive data explorers. Health providers participating in the survey can access their local results through a secure online portal.

If your practice team has opted into the quarterly National Adult Primary Care Patient Experience Survey and you wish to see your practice’s results, please refer to your PHO for more in-depth reporting.
