Building a Practice-Ready Workforce
IPMHA Health Coach Training
The Integrated Primary Mental Health and Addiction (IPMHA) model is transforming healthcare. This training has been co-designed by PREKURE and Collaborative Aotearoa to deliver professional, culturally responsive coaches who are practice-ready from week one.
The Context
Supporting Primary Care Evolution
Primary care continues to evolve as it manages an increasing volume of chronic conditions and mental health needs. Health Coaches play a vital role in this environment, supporting clinical teams to deliver proactive, person-centred care.
The PREKURE x Collaborative Aotearoa IPMHA Model integrates evidence-based training with practical workplace application. We prepare coaches to be technically skilled, culturally safe, and ready to contribute effectively within a busy general practice team.
