Each year we bring together clinicians, leaders, lived-experience advisors, researchers, and policymakers to share what’s working, what’s changing, and how we move forward together.
Conference 2027
Wellington, here we come.
We’re pleased to be hosting our 2027 conference at Tiakiwai Conference Centre, within the National Library of New Zealand Te Puna Mātauranga o Aotearoa in Wellington. It is home to some of Aotearoa’s most significant taonga, including He Whakaputanga, Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the 1893 Women’s Suffrage Petition, a powerful setting to connect, share ideas and help shape what comes next.
Expression of Interest to share
Collaborative Aotearoa’s vision is to foster health and hauora equity for all. We want to hear from people across primary and community care who are using collaboration, innovation and shared learning to improve services, solve problems and create better outcomes for patients, whānau, and communities. We are particularly interested in practical examples, ideas or challenges that could spark collective learning and action.
