Foundation Standards Toolkit

The Collaborative Aotearoa Foundation Standards Toolkit supports general practices across Aotearoa to prepare for and maintain RNZCGP Foundation Standard accreditation. It complements and does not replace the Foundation Standards and RNZCGP resource guidance. The toolkit offers practical templates, audit tools, and management tips to simplify compliance, reduce administrative workload, and strengthen quality and safety systems, with examples aligned to Foundation Standard indicators and embedded into everyday workflows.
