This case study is based on findings and discussion shared during a webinar hosted in partnership between Collaborative Aotearoa and Health Accelerator. The content has been developed from the webinar transcript and reflects insights from a six-month AI scribe pilot led by Health Hawke's Bay exploring the use of Heidi Health in general practice. We extend our gratitude to the team at Health Hawke's Bay for openly sharing their findings, reflections, and lessons learned with the wider sector. Their willingness to lead, evaluate, and contribute evidence-based insights demonstrates important leadership in supporting the safe and practical adoption of AI within primary care in Aotearoa New Zealand.
