Project Plan template for Foundation Standard

This template is a project management tool designed to support teams to plan, track, and manage the timely collection and uploading of evidence required for the Foundation Standards. It does not need to be uploaded as evidence into Smartsheet (the RNZCGP quality tool). Instead, it is intended as a practical guide to help teams organise and complete their Foundation Standards requirements.
